Who's in Control?

“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together . . .” Psalm 2:1-2a. The Lord is seated in the heavens and laughing as He puts the nations in disarray according to His purposes. Russia continues its strategic, and in the end, tragic advancement toward dominance and devilish determination to destroy, in particular, Israel. This is none other than the setting of the stage for a frontal attack to disrupt Messianic promises. All the while, God is the one placing or setting the hook in the jaws of Russia and its allies (those of the “uttermost parts of the North”) to vindicate His holiness with the utter destruction of their exploits (Ezekiel 38:4, 14-16, 21-23).

So, in the mean time, we pray for all saints (Ephesians 6:18), especially those of Ukraine at this time, and for all those in authority of the nations of the world in relation to peace on earth as well as peace in their hearts before God (1 Timothy 2:1-5). Above all, we pray for the “Peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:6), and God’s Messianic plans and for Messiah himself to be acknowledged among the nations - "Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, And ye perish from the way, When his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him” Psalm 2:10–12.

Revelation 22:20–21 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus. 21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
