O What a Day That Will Be Part 2

Praise to our Savior, for since he is bodily risen from the dead so shall we rise bodily from the dead or be translated into glory. “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality” (1 Corinthians 15:53). At that time, death shall be swallowed up in victory!!
Philippians 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

We will have new feet to use in running on the street of gold through the Eternal City or walk along the crystal fountain with new hands clasped in our Lord’s. O to stand before the Lord and be awarded crowns which our hands will grasp so that we may cast them down before the throne in magnificent worship throughout eternity.
Revelation 4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne . . .

With new bodies we will never experience anymore decay, deformity, disease or death. It will be a body used in every regard to perform only our Lord’s will forever and always.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Then, just think of new mouths with which to indulge in all the delectable fruit. Mouths to always speak the right things in benefit of the hearers, bringing praise to our Savior!
Revelation 22:2; 21:27 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month . . . 27And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Let my hands perform His bidding - Let my feet run in His ways –    Let my eyes see Jesus only – Let my lips speak forth His praise!
